Building Rental

We have two rooms available for rental: the Dining Room and the Dance Hall.
The Dining Room is over 2000 sq. ft. and can seat 100 people. The Dance Hall is just over 1700 square feet.

PRICES

Dining Room:

Small Group (1-50)

3 Hours = $70.00

Each additional hour = $20.00

Refundable Cleaning Deposit = $30.00

Medium Group (50-100)

3 hours = $100.00

Each additional hour = $20.00

Refundable Cleaning Deposit = $40.00

Dance Hall:

Same pricing as Dining Room for Small and Medium Groups.

Large Group (100-200)

3 Hours = $130.00

Each additional hour = $20.00

Refundable Cleaning Deposit = $50.00

Both Rooms:

3 hours = $200.00

Each additional hour = $40.00

Refundable Cleaning Deposit = 50.00
